D'n'A Pet Supplies Ltd are an online retailer selling pet supplies including but not limited to: food, accessories & supplements.

6. Consumer Purchases
6.1. As a consumer you agree that by purchasing products from this website that you are 18 years old or over.
6.2. As a consumer you may purchase goods from our website using a credit or debit card, a list of acceptable cards will be shown during the checkout process.
6.3. When placing an order with us, it is your reponsibilty to ensure that the information you enter is both accurate and complete.
6.3. When using our website to purchase products, you will be able to select products and place them in your shopping basket, you will then have the opportunity to review and amend your basket before confirming your purchase.
6.4. When you have completed your order and we have received notification that your payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your order and that it is being processed.

6.6. Once your order has been packaged and collected by our courier, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been despatched.
6.7. You cannot make amendments/changes to your order after we have sent the despatch email.

7. Consumer Rights
7.1 As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order for non-perishable products within 14 days of receiving your order.
7.2 Should you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us by letter or email before the end of the 14 day period.
7.3 You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your expense after first completing our Product Return Form which can be found here
7.4 On receipt of the returned products, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product and any delivery charges provided that the product is returned to us in good condition and within 14 days of completing your Product Return Form.
7.5 Please note that there is no statutory right to cancel and return an order for perishable goods.
7.6 You also have the right to reject the goods if they are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described at the time of puchase.
7.7 For non-perishable goods you must reject them within 30 days of delivery and for perishable goods within 3 days of delivery.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 The Terms, the Contract, any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Terms, the Contract or its subject matter or formation.
